Domaine La Piffaudière produces natural wines in Loire Valley ,at Monthou sur Cher, since 2008. 11 hectares of vines certified organic, clay and sandy soil and grapes such as Cot, Sauvignon, Gamay and Pineau D'aunis.
Olivier Bellanger is one of those methodical and perfectionist winemakers who seek to make "zero defect" wines but without any recourse to chemistry.
Gazouille is made from Menu Pineau (also known as "Orbois" in Touraine), Chardonnay, and Sauvignon, with vines rooted in flint clay and clay-limestone soils. It is well-balanced and full of freshness, a delightful sparkling wine that will leave you chirping with joy!
