Since 2005, the vines in Domaine Béatrice and Pascal Lambert have been worked biodynamically. The natural methods in their vineyards and in the cellar, allow to enhance the typicity of their terroirs.
 
Harmonie is a vintage made in exceptional years with the most beautiful cabernets francs of the estate, vinified in amphora. 
The nose is floral with mineral notes, typical of the vinification in amphora. The floral aromas are found in the palate, complemented by spicy flavors and a powerful minerality.
