Amélie and Charles Sparr, both coming from two incredibly experienced Alsatian wine families, started their own Domaine in 2017 to create terroir-true, dry wines according to organic / biodynamic principles.
 
Pensée is a wonderful example of the passion, precision, and energy that they put into their wines. On the palate it is round and silky in texture, with a core of succulent fruit supported by an elegant structure and a vivacious acidity that turns every sip into a refreshing journey!
