Shipping Policy

National Shipping (Switzerland)

Orders within Switzerland are typically delivered within 2-3 working days. We usually ship via B-Post using the Swiss Post service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders above CHF 150, shipping is free.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Parcels are shipped via Swiss Post and include tracking.

Please note that customs duties and local VAT may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The applicable VAT rate varies by country.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the parcel and will be calculated accordingly.

Before placing an order, please contact us at info@weinschmuck.com to inquire about shipping costs and confirm the feasibility of delivery to your country.​

In-Store Pickup

You can also pick up your order directly from our store. Simply select "Pick-Up" as the delivery method at checkout. We will notify you as soon as your order is packed and ready for collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Of course, we are all human, and time flies fast—you can always get in touch via e-mail or stop by in-store, and we will try to find a solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return all tags if possible.

We do NOT issue refunds in cash or card payments but will exchange your product for a voucher.

Several types of goods are non-returnable. Items such as food, drinks, vouchers, and OUTLET (Sale) items cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or the date and amount).

Refund (if applicable)

Before sending back a product, please inform us via e-mail with your order number and name. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Your refund will then be processed, and we will issue you a voucher for our store (online and in-store).

If you do not send us an email before returning your product, we cannot guarantee that we can process it properly.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Of course, we replace defective or damaged items! 😊 If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, send us an email at info@weinschmuck.com and mail your item to:

IMPORTANT: Please send us an e-mail before returning your product. Make sure to include the delivery note in your return and mark which items you are returning.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You can also stop by in-store to return or exchange your product. However, returns are only accepted at:
