Papy is a 100% Grenache cuvée, bursting with vibrant fruitiness and delightful flavor. Vinified using the "1000-leaf" technique (a mix of whole bunches, destemmed, and crushed grapes), it has a light ruby hue.
The nose offers crisp red berry notes and a hint of English candy, while the palate is fresh and tangy, leading to a delicate, refined finish.
